Tetanus Shot at 6 Weeks Pregnant?

Question

Is it safe for me to get a tetanus shot being only 6 weeks pregnant?
I stepped on a new screw that was in a wood board. I can't remember the last time I got the tetanus shot, probably more than 10 years ago. 
I disinfected my foot and there wasn't a lot of blood. I'm just worried about the baby. Thanks!

You're supposed to get the TDAP shot during pregnancy but not until like third trimester but I'd call your OB and ask them to be sure
