# of ultrasounds so far?

I got an US at 8 weeks and I've heard the heartbeat at one appointment after that. I'm feeling off and want reassurance and another US so I'm curious what others experiences have been so far. I haven't had any bleeding or anything just cramps but I want to check on baby!

I have ultrasounds with every appointment, so at 6+4, 7+4, 10+1, 13+1, and 14 weeks so far, but I'm carrying twins so the Doppler really doesn't work in my situation. My OB does a quick u/s to check HBs. My early scans were due to my pregnancy being the result of fertility treatment and a history of miscarriages.

I'm 12 1/2 ans Ive had 5 so far but now they'll teeter off some. My dr was concerned because I had a laparoscopy w weeks before I tested positive and I had bleeding at 5 weeks. Now he says I'm in the safety zone so I wonr even ha e to see him for 3 weeks and Ill go back to a routine ultrasound schedule instead of high risk.

I got an ultrasound at 10 weeks and then at 11ish weeks because I have an anterior placenta so my ob couldn't find the heartbeat on the doppler and she wanted to reassure us.

I think it depends on the means of getting pregnant if that makes sense. We took Clomid and have had two more than friends who were able to conceive naturally! (5 weeks, 7 weeks, 12.5) I understand wanting to constantly see baby though and make sure they're ok! That's how I am too with any discomfort.

6 weeks and 20 weeks are the only two I get. Which I'm fine with!

At my OB I got my dating US at 9w, next one is at 20w for the anatomy, then she said one at 36w. I has a friend doing an early gender US on this Thursday (15w6d) for free, then will pay for an elective 3d/4d at around 30-32w.
