If it's not pasteurized maybe but otherwise it's fine and strongly recommended. Good source of calcium and protein.

What???? Yogurt is always at the top of recommended foods for pregnancy that I see! No wonder so many women are confused and misinformed... there's so much contrasting information floating around out there. Unless your doctor specifically told you to avoid a certain food, I would not worry about it.
