Early complications

So I went to hospital because I was having 9 days of cramping with no bleeding. I didn't know what was going on. Found out I was 5 eeeks pregnant ( Aprox ). Then a few days later I get a call from the doctor that I have a bladder infection and it can be dangerous for baby and he wants me to redo ultrasound in three weeks to make sure everything is ok and start meds tomorrow. I'm worried sick. I already lost a baby at 10 weeks and I'm o terrified to loose another. Please send me your positive vibes and sticky baby dust or tell me your positive stories with bladder infection in early pregnancy
