Kind of confused.

So I have been doing opks for the last 5-6 months. I took two different tests yesterday and one said I was ovulating and the other said I didn't. I tested today and got nothing. Supposed to have insemination done tomorrow but I'll need to call the dr tomorrow. Do you think there's a chance?
