Tracking my cycle for the first time. Please Help!!

bbt charting for the first time. today AF is started. according to bbt, may be I ovulated on CD10. I opk on CD15 because of glow suggestions, but the result was negative. then I went to do my blood work at CD22 and found that my progesterone level was 20.6 ng/ml which was pretty high!

So my question is it a problem that my follicular phase is so short? please comment about my analysis is right or wrong.

Btw I have both PCOS & Endo, we are TTC for last 2yrs with no luck. I am taking just metformin, no other fertility drugs. I had a laporascopy 3months back.
