why can't you just call me back?!?

so I made a police statement in July about a funeral director stealing charity money and my money for my nans funeral, I called them and someone came that day and took a statement, it's been passed higher up because there's multiple statements by multiple people and it's charity money, I was told I should hear from the officer dealing with it in a few weeks, I heard nothing and didn't even know the name so I rang 2 weeks ago and asked to speak to the person dealing with it, they weren't there but we're on duty that night so they emailed her telling her to call me, she didn't. I saw the theif laughing without a care in the world while I'm here struggling to pay the bills a family members death leaves behind and trying to get some money together for the charity I chose because I feel awful. I called again today to speak to her, no one could find her so they emailed her again telling her to contact me today, she finished her shift 3 hours ago, still no call!! so now I have to call again tomorrow (which costs me more money) just to try and find out what the hell she's doing about my case so this piece of scum doesn't to this to someone else in their time of grief! JUST FREAKING CALL ME!!!
