My mom said that im to old to have any more kids!

I'm 34 and I only have one kid from a previous relationship, He is fixing to be 17. My husband and I have been together 16 year's and we didn't think we could have a baby until 11-30-2015 when we found out we where 13 weeks and loss it to an ectopic pregnancy. Now we want one and have been trying. And to day my mom said I am to old, why would I want to start over? Because he has no blood kids of his own and we want one and my son would love to have a brother or sister. And my husband has been a great dad to my son all these year's and I always wanted to have his child. We have all we need to support it. She just really hurt me ;(
