after a miscarriage.....

after a mc did anyone experience early ovulation I stopped tracking after got pregnant and when I had the DNC I promised myself 3 cycles before I would start tracking again with opks well now I am supposedly by glows prediction two to three days dpo and I am sick been sick since Friday the 8th and that was what happened when I found out I was pregnant with my angel baby. I also have increased back pain shooting to my hips and nausea on and off with slight nipple tenderness and last hot flashes so bad I can't sleep at night. I just have a feeling I might have conceived again so I wanted someone to tell me if they have experienced the early ovulation or conceived like this because I'm so nervous to lose another baby
