Moisturizer or lotion?

I've had this for a while but never used it because even though it says body, is it a lotion or a moisturizer? 🙄

I use this. It's great moisturiser for after the shower. I've been rubbing it all of my tummy & back and so far no stretch marks surprisingly. It makes your skin hold moisture really well.
