Medicine, frustration, and a beautiful baby girl! ❤️🐻❤️

I was forty weeks and one day, when the doctor said I could be induced. I had a full week to sit there and think about how scary birth was and how worried I was about everything. And let me tell you that last week DRAGGED BY. When the night finally arrived I was shaking like a dang leaf! My mom and boyfriend drove me up to the hospital at midnight, and I was ready to be in bed. Well, apparently at this hospital you have to have an ID to get in the room if you weren't the patient and my mother had lost hers somewhere between my house and her house, so she left while they got my room set up. I was so scared and just wanted my mom. Well, they get me and my boyfriend set up in a room and give me my cervadil pill to start contractions, and I felt great. My mom made it back around 1:45-ish and I had a whole bunch of my friends come to visit me! We were all laughing and joking and around 2:30 I felt the first contraction. It wasn't that bad, so I just roughed it out. Well as soon as 3:00 hit they were UNBEARABLE. I was shaking pretty hard and all of a sudden my nurse comes running in and flips me on my side. I was really confused and she said my daughter stopped breathing when I had that contraction. I flipped my lid and started crying. They put me on oxygen and told me to stay on my left side. I was in so much pain I felt dead inside. My boyfriend started making jokes about tearing from my V to my A, so I said do I look like I'm fucking around with you right now? And he said no quietly, so I said okay then. Shut your mouth and go sit in your corner. My mom said my god Lacey chill out! I said YOU GO SIT IN THE CORNER TOO. I apologized after I got my shot lol. Around 4:15 they come and give me my epidural. I was so scared I couldn't stop shaking, but my nurse was great and held my hand and told me everything was okay. I honestly didn't feel anything, until they pushed the medicine through and it was like ice water was running down my back! Around 5 am I felt like I really needed to poop and the other nurse just brushed it off. I did t say anything to my mom because she was sleeping and my boyfriend was unconscious, so I thought I could hold it. Around 8:30 my doctor comes in and tries to talk to me about how I'm feeling and I just listened and nodded because I was exhausted at this point. Around 8:50 I finally told her I needed to poop and she immediately turned around to check me. She broke my water while doing it and ran around calling for my nurse. I got super scared. She told me I was at ten and ready to push! But my dad had just called and said he was ten minutes away! She told me to get ready to push. I said I can't my dad isn't here yet! Finally he calls at 9 and says he's right outside my door along with my best friends, my moms boyfriend, my aunt, and my cousin. I started pushing and right when my doctor said final push, my moms phone rings, and we all stare at her because SHE ANSWERED IT. WHILE IM TRYING TO PUSH A PERSON OUT OF MY VAGINA. it was her boyfriend. Who was right outside. Asking if she was born yet. I looked at her and said mom, if you could be so kind, GET OFF OF THE DAMN PHONE! So she hangs up and I finally push out the person I've been waiting to meet. My beautiful Charlotte rynn was finally here. Born on 7-26-17 at 9:06 am at 6 lbs 10 oz. ❤️🐻❤️
