Wrist hurts
Okay. So I have been having a wrist pain for about 4 months now. I finally decided to go to the doctor and she told me it was cause I'm so small that I don't have muscles so I'm over using the joint by carrying my son and etc.. she said it was "common" so I was wondering if there's any mothers out there who are small that's ever come across this problem. It's painful.. 😔 the doctor isn't really helpful. She just said I need to take cortisone shot!
