OPK question...
We've been trying for our first coming up on a year now, super regular 30 day cycle with no luck. I used OPKs in the beginning but then refrained from using them because it was stressing me out. I decided to try them again so I ordered some. My question is...do you use FMU like a hpt or not? I have gotten mixed answers. Any guidance with explanation would be much appreciated! Thanks ladies!
