Numb Vagina

I got an IUD(Mirena) a week and 4 days ago. four days ago I realized I had very little feeling in my vagina(including my clit) and it hasn't returned. Has anyone else had this problem? or heard of someone who has, and what happened? - More details: I was told not to have sex for a week and was fine with that because I had bad cramps, but they wore off after the week. During that week I was horny and my boyfriend got me off a few times in non-penetrative ways and felt great, and we were looking forward to Saturday to have sex again but when we did I could barely feel anything. Penetration just felt like pressure unless he hit the back wall which hurt a bit. In foreplay he ate me out and it didnt do anything for me, so I thought I must not be in the mood, or just not in the mood for oral, and figured it would get better as we go and moved on but it didn't and when he entered me I questioned if he was actually in or not because it just felt like a weird pressure. I am definitely horny but it feels numb idk if someway the nerves are connected to this problem but my nipples seem to be not as reactive, kinda similarly but also sore not sure if thats relative/related or not.😓
