Have any of you ever gotten a positive blood test after a negative urine test?

So I'm now on cycle day 48.  I'm usually pretty regular but as of today I'm two weeks and 2 days late for my period. Have taken several at home pregnancy tests and all of them have come out negative! Today my doctor ordered a blood test and will call me in the morning with results! I'm crossing my fingers that I'm preggo but I just don't know. Have any of you ever got a positive blood test after negative urine tests? If so how far along were you?
