My ex from 2015 messaged me the other day out of nowhere and he wanted to send pictures again with me and I said no because I have a boyfriend. Then he proceeds to tell me that he still has the pictures I sent to him when we were dating. Should I tell his girlfriend that he has other girls nudes so she doesn't get hurt or just keep it to myself??

My ex did this. I let it slide when he told me her had old pics because it wasn't worth the drama of getting involved to me. Then he started talking about how he was watching porn and the women's breasts reminded him of mine and asking if I'd ever consider having sex with him again. At that point I told his gf because it was like he was borderline developing an unhealthy obsession. 
Side note: this ex also would keep my loose hairs and hang them.

Block him, send screen shots of the messages and the fact you have him blocked, send them to her, block her. 
Let them deal with their own relationship without dragging you into it.
