Am I paranoid?

I just got my braces in, so I have cuts in my mouth. I have a long term boyfriend that I'm 'active' with, and he came round the other day. Things happened and I sucked his dick, which I've done many times before. Is it dangerous to suck a dick with cuts and bumps in my mouth? I'm terrified of everything to do with sexual health. I over think absolutely everything, and I don't want to give him anything, nor do I want anything. We are both healthy, and neither have any experience with sexual health problems or infections. Please help 😩
