I need help 😪😓😭

So lately I haven't been smelling so good down stairs and I've tried everything to fix it but it still smells fishy and I have white discharge 😓 please don't judge me I'm really embarrassed about it and I wanna know if anyone has tips or advice? Besides going to my gynecologist cus I have an appointment with her but it's not for a month

Also I had started having these problems after I got my IUD like it would happen once in a while before the IUD but now it's like it's never going away
