UPDATE: today was day one without him, and it was surprisingly okay, a few tears were shed

i want to personally thank all of you for your support, this community is fantastic ❤️❤️❤️

Last night my boyfriend and I broke up, and today is my first day since April without him in my life. A lot of both of our routines were based on each other. I feel pretty lost and kinda sad... Does anyone have any tips on how to heal? He was my first long time/ serious boyfriend that wasn't a fling, and i know that "time heals everything" but is there anything else i can do?
