😩😩😩

So me and my Boyfriend had sex lastnight, we did multiple sessions but when he had me in backshots I was feeling sharp bad cramps so we switch the position to him on top and I was still feeling the sharp pains so we stop and the sharp cramps got even worse on my lower stomach,&& vagina and now every time I cough or push or move I still feel the pain! So can somebody please tell me what's wrong ?
