anyone that's ever had kidney stones please help!! I've now passed two of them I've never had them! I'm worried what's causing them how do I avoid them?! I'm also 31 weeks and 6 days pregnant.

**I don't have a normal physician I have a obgyn should I call them and go from there or go to hospital near me and go from there??

**forgot to add both stones I've passed are tiny but still caused pain for me it was like they were stuck and it was hard for me to pee and then the stones finally came out (fist one was one month ago and second one was 30 minutes ago)

first stone I had horrible pain in left kidney area for several hours then I passed the stone the second one I never had kidney pain just felt like I had a uti and it hurt to pee (for 3 days) then passed the stone I didn't know I had either one of them like I said I've never had them before in my life until now. what could be causing them???
