I don't know if this guy is playing me or likes me

Over the summer he asked if I had a boyfriend and if I wanted to hangout. Well we never hung out and I still don't have a boyfriend. We snapchat but we stopped actually talking in them cuz I was always the one to say like what's up and stuff.

Doesn't really seem like he even tries to talk anymore or anything.

I've kept his streaks before and he talks to a crap ton of girls so that's weird especially cuz they r in middle school and we r juniors in high school. Also a couple weeks ago I walked into a room where he and his friends r and they all started teasing him cuz I was there and then I hear him say "we r just friends" but I didn't even know we were friends like?? We legit accidentally sat next to each other at a football game but we sat with a group of each other's friends and we never talked to each other but made some weird eye contact. Usually if I considered someone a friend I'd be talking to them online and in real life. This is all so weird.

Oh and he started streaks with my friend Gail who he's had a crush on before apparently and idk if he started them cuz he thinks she's hot or if it's cuz he's seen me walking with her and figured he'd add her too. I kind of feel like he's trying to be a fuckboy tho and I've never dealt with one before, I've never even had a boyfriend actually. What do u guys think tho? I've known this kid for years and at first never got along and then he had a major crush in my bff and they almost dated. He's changed a lot cuz he use to be super conservative and religious and it seems like he's just trying to start his career in fuckboy 😂
