Pumped for the first time
Baby girl is 3 and half weeks. And I just pumped to introduce 1-2 sessions of bottle feedings per day (mostly during night). Yesterday when I pumped, I could get only 1 oz. A few minutes after pumping i breastfed my baby and she had a lot. She usually nurses for 15-20 mins and longer during night. How do I pump more? is there a method to pump?
