Help please!!

I had a baby 4 1/2 months ago and still haven't started my first cycle. I've been using opks trying to determine when I ovulate but every single test looks the same. This is the last 7 days. Are they supposed to look like this every day? Are any of them positive? I'm so confused. I have endo and pcos and didn't know if any of these problems come with it. The last 2 weeks I've had really bad cramps, nausea and horrible back pain. I had a blood test done a week and a half ago and it was negative. My husband and I are trying for baby #2. Well 4 days ago I had very faint pink discharge and it wasn't even enough to fill a panty liner. What is going on? Lol ANY advice would be helpful! 🙏🏼💜😊
