Are these pregnancy symptoms?

I am 4dpo having sore/burning nipples, bloating, a backache on the left side and mild cramps/tugging feelings on the left near my ovary. I'm having increased amounts of creamy CM. I've also felt shaky and weak all day. This TWW is killing me!

Yes! Those are all the symptoms I had and got my first BFP at 12DPO. Those symptoms have literally lasted me the entire TWW except the nipple part :)

normally the egg hasnt even been implanted till 5 to 7 dpo. 
So its just your mind screwing with ya.
