What are the chances...

I am on the pill and had unprotected sex last night but just realized I also forgot to take my pill last night. I took it as soon as I got home this morning and then have taken it again this afternoon at the usual time. My boyfriend and I can not decide if I'm safe because I usually take the pill regularly or if I should go get plan B. I was wondering if there has been anyone else in this situation who has advice on what I should do. My period ended last weekend and I just took my second pill on week two...
