I need your help ladies!!!!! 😭

I have an irregular period I tried going on BC for a while to regulate my period but it failed. I tried Fertility blend it doesn't work either. I'm looking for a supplement that's gonna work quickly and effectively to give my husband the baby he's been asking for.
