Hubby plays hard to get?

My bae is always grouchy that we don't have sex every day like we used to, but when I want to have sex (and he's told me he ALWAYS wants to) he plays a hard to get type game. I'll give up and move on with my day then he gets mad at me for doing so. I try again later and he brings up the first time that day and says no we are going to bed or you wanted to do X, y, and z instead. Any other ladies have this problem?
