I'm so pissed, 'busy' because I'm on my period??

So I was dating this guy earlier this year for 4 months... we broke up and he told me that 'there's other big booty girls he can have sex with' a month later he started begging for me back and only last month I decided to give him another chance even tho he tried me like shit.. so anyway yesterday I told him I'm on my period, but I wanted to see him because it's been a week and I was gonna travel for almost an hour to see him... and all of a sudden he's like "idk I'm kinda busy this week" ... he never wanted to chill with me when I'm on my period but now he doesn't have time for me?? I always go to him and spend nearly TWO hours on public transit there and back and I decide to give him a second chance and this is what I get... what do you guys think ? Do I sound crazy or is he making excuses ? I'm really annoyed
