6w4d and pink spotting and some cramps

Hi all FTM and freaking out. Already posted in TMI group but only seemed to be TTC posts in there. apologies i have uploaded a photo on this post of my spotting so please exit if you have weak stomach. i have had cramps on and off today like period cramping which i had during week 4 and a bit in week 5. I have been for a wee and also had a bit of pink spotting on toilet paper. Husband claims he can't see it but I can (top right hand corner) and I'm now veru worried. Should I phone EPU tomorrow morning or should I wait? I've put a pantyljner in for overnight so I can see if anymore spotting happens. I am so terrified this is a sign I will miscarry or that pregnancy is ectopic. I am just a neurotic mess right now.
