Help! 6 weeks Heart Rate dropping !!!!!!!!😬
6 weeks and my heart rate keeps dropping.
My resting heart rate on average is between 56-60 and it went up to 73.
I know it's supposed to increase due to the double in blood volume, but everyday or so it's been dropping and is down to 65 today.
Could this be a bad sign ?????
