Liquid eyeliner?

I want to achieve that gorgeous cat eye effect. The eyeliner I have now doesn't go on dark enough and isn't permanent enough: I feel like the line gets less crisp as the night goes on. 
Recommendations?

I love my Too Faced Sketch Liner. I use it everyday for my winged liner. It's easy to apply and lasts until I take it off.

NYX has a matte liquid eye liner pen - I live by it. The tip allows precise lines and it dries totally matte and doesn't run or smudge.

NYC liquid liner. The brush is a little hard to use at first but it'll get better with practice. But formula wise, it's matte and super long lasting. And the best part is that it's only $3.
