I was recently baptized and have been feeling a lot closer to God. I'm 15 and live with my mom, who's a very non-religious person, but my grandpa (my dad's dad) is a pastor and baptized me (in a lake, of all places!). I feel so blessed that I'm able to have such an amazing person in my life that's there to answer my questions and physically help me bring myself closer to Him. Even though I stumble and fall, I know that I'm saved by his Grace and it's the best feeling a person could have. I just have one question (if anyone can answer): since my mom is non-religious, I'm only ever able to go to church when my best friend (who's a Christian) is there. Would the Lord be upset with me if I'm not able to attend church regularly? I do take time to read the bible every night before bed, but this question has been troubling me for some time now.
