not producing enough milk

my daughter is only 3 weeks & im not producing enough milk . because of my carelessness ive been giving her mostly formula and here and there breastmilk . so i wasn't pumping as often as i should've been . now im only making 1 oz or less (both boobs together) i would really lile for her to have breast milk when we are at home and formula when we are out . whats ways to help build my milk back up. or if it dries up completely how effective was it for only 3 weeks ?
