HSG Test done but I'm still bleeding 😞

I'm afraid that my problems didn't solve after they done HSG Test because before this I was having spotting everyday after I gave birth to my baby girl 7 months ago. They give me Medroxyprogesterone to have a normal period and on day 10 they do the HSG TEST but after that I started to bleed again like ligh period and I did the ovulation test it said I have high peak but with the bleeding I think is impossible to become pregnant again 😞 I know you think is to soon but we are TTC
