Is this a yeast infection? Help! 😩

So I'm on antibiotics and my doc said they often cause yeast infections but I'm 26 and literally never had one before so I figured I'd be fine. My vagina started itching yesterday and today the itching is driving me crazy! It doesn't burn when I pee, but it does sting when I wipe and I do have a bit of discharge.

Does this sound like a yeast infection to you? Do I HAVE to go back to the doctor for a prescription or can I treat this with over the counter meds? I really don't want to have to pay for another office visit if I don't have to and it is highly unlikely to be something more serious (like an STD etc)
