TTC with PCOS..

I'm 18 yo and have been TTC for about 6 months. My SO and I are financially blessed, so we know that we can afford it. We haven't told people we're TTC because the stress and hateful comments of others aren't needed. Unfortunately, I have PCOS making it a bit more challenging. Has anyone got pregnant naturally with PCOS? Does anyone have any suggestions? I've recently purchased Pre-Seed in hopes that it will help. Getting BFN over and over again is upsetting.
