preturm labor

so I feel as if I am having signs of preturm labor I am cramping a lot I feel sudden gushes of flooded I have a lot more discharge then usual and I feel a lot of pressure down there and I have been avoiding sex because lack of wanting to and a back ingury but this morning I surprised my husbend because he's been so patient and it just hurt he could go in as deep as he usually does its just been weird and idk if I should be worried help?
