Painful Breasts

Hi Ladies! I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I have had super sore breasts for the last 2-3 weeks. I am about 6 weeks pregnant and my breasts have suddenly stopped hurting as much. Is this normal? I have had no other symptoms other than positive tests, an ultrasound, sore breasts and some bloating. No sickness and no other complaints. I have however had minor cramping for two weeks. I have another apt tomorrow but I'm just looking for other personal stories and experiences. Thanks ladies :) Talking to all of you really helps whenever I need comfort or personal advise.
