so I live in Florida and my bf lives in texas. well I've been thinking about moving to texas with my son but I know my ex wouldn't willingly let me go so I'm stuck on what to do. my ex Is on the birth certificate, he's doesn't pay child support, and we don't have any kind of custody agreement between us. he only gets our son 2/3 days a week (if he's busy) so I'm wondering what would have to be done in order to leave to another state with my son.. ty in advance
