Help!

I was at lunch and went to the bathroom feeling a little wet, when I went to the bathroom I noticed my underpants were wet but no obvious patch or anything so went home and decided I'll have a shower and change underwear as maybe it's just sweaty - starting to get warm here but when I got home I have this patch usually my normal discharge doesn't sit so low on my underwear and isn't that colour or texture.. could this be my water slowly leaking?? I'm only 35+3 anyone experienced this in previous or current pregnancy?
