Nipples scarred from piercing

I had my nipples pierced about 7 months before I found out I was pregnant, they were almost completely healed. After I got pregnant, my boobs grew very quickly and it caused little micro tears around the piercings I think, because they started getting crusts around them again like in the beginning as if they were getting infected. So I soaked them until it got better and then removed the piercings.

After they healed from removing them, now there are little bumps on the sides of my nipples where the piercing used to be.

They're on both nipples but the left is worse than the right. It grosses me out! Looks so unattractive and creepy ugh

But I'm worried about breastfeeding. Anyone with similar experience have trouble nursing?

Also, the left nipple doesn't look as developed as the right... as in the right nipple and areola have gotten larger. My bf calls my right one the milk titty 😂 I hope my left one doesn't get blocked and engorged and painful from the scarring 😭😭😭
