Not even 4 months old and I'm pregnant again !

I promise I don't mean to hurt t anyone's feelings for those of you trying I absolutely wish you the best of luck and sending tons of baby dust your way. So I just found out I'm pregnant again ! I have a four month old son. What are the chances of complications or me becoming high risk ? Or will everything be okay ? This WAS planned we didn't go on birth control because we wanted them close in age but since it took 3 years to conceive with my son we figured let's just start no and it happened this fast.
