pregnancy is 27% does that mean if I have sex today I have that chance?" /> 
I'm confused, because if I have sex today, sperm lives inside you for 7 days, so tommorow when it's 30% chance, does that mean if I have sex today & not tommorow, that I still have 30% chance of getting pregnant 
I'm confused how this works?

Just have sex all the time 😂 but to answer ur question - the way i interpret it is that the closer ur to ovulation the higher the chances that the sperm will meet the egg.  So it makes sense that on the day off ovulation, the little swimmers have a higher chance at surviving and fertilizing the egg.  While the day before.. there is a higher chance of a larger amount of sperm not living long enough to meet the egg once it's released therefore ightly lower chances

(Even though its said that sperm can live up to 7 days, it's still "up to")
