help idk what to do 😫

so my AF was due 5 days ago... I'm still waiting for AF. doctors have put me on medication for my anxiety because I'm starting my new job very soon and I get server anxiety. me and my partner have been trying for a few weeks and when I took a test it came back negative but that was probably because I took the test 4 days after me and my partner tried so now idk what I should do... please help
