Cramps

So AF started yesterday evening around 1900 and by 2200 it was so painful I couldn't sleep.. my cramps are radiating from my lower abdomen to my lower back and even down my hip. I also noticed I am passing several large blots, one was the size of a tennis ball. I do have endometriosis and PCOS, but I have NEVER had pain this bad that radiated like this. I don't have health insurance at the moment so I would like to stay away from the doctor as much as possible, but the pain is outrageous!! Any suggestions for relief?!?!?!
