Almost every time I go to the bathroom and pull down my pants, this is left behind in my underwear and I have no idea what it is! I've been too embarrassed to ask a doctor but it's so annoying and ruins so many pairs of cute panties. Help?!

It just looks like cervical mucus to me. At certain points in your cycle you'll have more than at other times and more people produce more than others. If you don't have any discomfort/pain/itching or anything and it just happens to be there, you're totally fine. We all get cervical mucus. Sometimes it's white and thick, other times it's clear and liquidy..

Does it hurt to have sex or is your vagina itchy/burning? That looks like a yeast infection.

I wouldn't worry too much but if it starts to happy consistently then maybe I would make an appointment just to make sure.
