Birth Control, Skipping Placebo Week

So ive been skipping my placebo week for the past like 4 months, but I get my BC from the Health Department. I'm going to run out before my yearly is up because I cannot got without it. I have cysts and skipping the placebo week has helped with that. Im afraid they wont let me have a years supply early because they're kind of weird about giving out before you only have 1 pack left. But I didnt tell them I started doing this last time. It's some months away, but im trying to figure out what to do.
