Pad rashes... is it a thing?

I have a really heavy flow so I have to use pads all day long during my period. As a result. My butt skin is moist and gets rashes. Does this happen to others or just me?

try a different type pad. I break out with some and not with others. tampons are a no go for me because they make me burn in there.

It's from sweat and the pad rubbing against the skin causing chaffing.

Get it all the time, so painful when I've worn them for a while. My last period I did a pad in the day tampon at night, no rash and felt so much more comfy at night

Yup. I get them every time without fail. Super annoying. But switching brands has made a huge difference. Whatever you do, don't try Always pads. They suck!
