I'm in pain.

I'm in so much pain. I had my LH surge yesterday and today as the days gone by I am in agony on my left front and side of my tummy. It's a constant pain then really strong pains. I've never had this before.

Extra info- My period isn't due till the 3rd of October. I've been ttc for 12 months. I have regular periods. I have no pulled anything that I'm aware of. I've not injured myself. I did feel like I was brewing auto yesterday but wishing a few hours it was gone and there's no symptoms today either.
